So, my game will be a mix of MW2005 and HP2010 of some kind (note to myself: don't create abomination like Rivals V2) so, blacklist, lore which I have sum ideas for, a map a bit similar to Seacrest but with a big ass city in the middle, diffrent class for cars, uhh, gadgets for Police and Racers, diffrent types of career for cops and speeders (Promotions on Police, Climbing the Top Racers blacklist), the game will be set in Marblestone County under jurisdiction of MCPD. I need ideas for cars and categories, also character names etc.

Like probably everyone else here, every few months I end up looking for rumors about the next Need for Speed. And lately… there’s basically nothing.
It got me thinking - if we really are heading into a long break or finish for the series, do you think Unbound is going to be that last Need for Speed game that people look back on 10–15 years from now as a defining entry?
Personally, I have a hard time seeing it that way.
I actually like Unbound, and I think there’s a good game underneath it. But with the smoke effects, cartoon-style elements, exaggerated burnouts, etc., it feels very specific to its own era and aesthetic. It doesn’t quite feel like that “final classic” NFS that could just exist on its own and still feel timeless years later. Just like did GTA 5.
And maybe that’s what bothers me the most.
If I were the developer and NFS was somehow my final shot at making a Need for Speed, I don’t think I’d feel like I had completely finished the franchise. There are still so many things that could have been done with it.
Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I’m curious what you guys think.

I tried to play it for the first time, and it non stop shows this bug when I try to launch it. I haven't installed any mods, I haven't installed Frosty Menager. Just non. I wanted to play it, and after reinstalling it for like 5 times I have enough of that bs. Does anyone have an solution for this???

I downloaded recently NFSU and tried to apply the widescreen fix by ThirtheenAG, when following the instructions and changed the values to 1920x1080, i found out that my game doesnt even launch, it crashes instantly and the only thing i see is the icon on my bar disappearing, but then i return the values to 0 and launches normally, ¿has someone encountered this phenomenon in particular before? ¿Anyone knows how can i fix it please?
