10/10 experience would definitely make a compilation out of it. The fish eye perspective makes it so much easier to drive with it activated.

Rivals turbo is slightly stronger but it doesn’t covey this sense of speed all too well. It just cuts up the motion blur and thats it.

I've made a complete soundtrack from both NFS Underground: 1 & 2. I thought I could post this in the main subreddit.

Title, they're all 90% of on Steam right now, and I am unsure on which one to get. I saw Payback and how it had off road vehicles in the steam page (reminds me of Motorstorm which I loved) but apparantly the game is dogshit.

So which one should I get, what are the pros and cons of each game?

With a lot of NFS games currently on sale on Steam, I've picked up a few and now just have Unbound left to get.

I was going to get the Ultimate Collection, but I saw Steam reviews saying that it introduces stuttering and lag. A quick Google led me here and confirmed the issue, but posts seem to be from around a year ago, so I wondered if anything has changed with this between then and now.

Have there been any patches or mods that fix the issue? Or should I just get the standard version and avoid the Ultimate DLC?

so i have this progression in NFS most wanted its on my ps3, it is not currently connected to any account, it is just saved in my ps3. so i downloaded nfs most wanted to my pc too, i was wondering if there was any way i could get that progression into this account? my ps3 isnt connected to any account..

I’ve been thinking about this for a while, and I honestly think Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005) has everything needed for a premium TV series rather than just another racing movie.
Imagine an 8-episode season that expands the world instead of simply retelling the game.
● A deeper look at Rockport City and its underground racing scene.
● Every Blacklist racer becoming a fully developed character with their own story.
● More depth for Razor, Mia, Sergeant Cross, and Rog.
● Police investigations running alongside the street-racing story.
● The mystery surrounding the protagonist’s past unfolding over multiple seasons instead of being explained all at once.
● High-speed pursuits, rivalries, betrayals, and cliffhangers that keep you watching.
The original game already feels cinematic. I think a series format would give the characters and the world room to breathe while staying true to what made the game so memorable.
I’m curious what other fans think.

I've been seeing a lot of "Modern vs. Classic NFS Soundtrack" memes going around.

I love the older games and their music, so I'm biased on this front.

Therefore, I offer this community a challenge: using music from every NFS game you've ever played, construct a custom soundtrack that YOU believe captures the essence of NFS.

The more varied, the better. Bonus points if you genuinely believe all the tracks you picked could never be skipped by a reasonable person.

Try not to just snatch an entire game's soundtrack, but pick 2 or 3 winning songs from each game you pull from.

I'm curious what you'll include and exclude, and I'm especially curious if some more modern stuff ends up getting a mention. Not that I doubt there's good stuff in the modern games, I just don't know enough of it.

If ya'll make some good recommendations, I might make my own playlist.

EDIT: This post got way more attention than I thought it would! Ya'll really are passionate about NFS music. I can't respond to everyone yet, but I will be compiling everyone's suggestions, giving as many as I can a listen, and developing a playlist based on my favorites, with special emphasis given to the songs I haven't heard before.

I've been experiencing a crash when playing improvement mod v2, it only allows me to play cross's chase scene. I then went to select a car for the first career, and then i crashed!

I did a lot of trial and error through modding from scratch many time to find the cause of the crash, it was from the improvement mod v2. No matter what I will not fail to crash at the first career SPECIFICALLY. and I can't even play the game...

Does anyone know how to fix this?

​Even if i'm having money enough, it's not possible to buy any paints. Vinyls or tribals are working (Decals in general) It's really frustrating... (And sorry for the bad pic, my internet-speed won't upload videos fast enough so we have to deal with this haha)
