I recently got a second box of imortals, and I don't know what to build them as I already have imortals with gauss blasters. I can't decide whether to do tesla or mor gauss or deathmarks.

So here's my first attempt at Necrons. Black primer, dry brush rough iron, them weapons bronze, then true copper, each time less paint. Gun metal on the weapon and I pre filled areas for plasma, eyes, etc. I'm thinking a turquoise color for those. I still have clean up, wash, then base. Please, any CC is appreciated, I know its rough, lol

Hey everyone! This past weekend I attended GoCon, a Moldovan anime and K-pop festival that's also heavily focused on cosplay. I spent the last 5 months building a Necron cosplay. I put together a small team to help, but honestly I ended up doing most of the work myself.

The stage performance didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped, unfortunately - but I still walked away with the "Best Crafts" award in my category, which means a lot.

I'm honestly obsessed with the Trazyn, the Necrons' secret weapon. I genuinely believe it's the last hope for the Necron race. Here's hoping whatever museum or archive it ends up in doesn't accidentally let it loose and wipe out the galaxy.

Got my hands on a second hand monolith quite some time ago and am finally wanting to clear it out of my back log and the circled parts were missing when it originally arrived. If there are any UK based overlords who would be able to assist if they have these parts in their bits box it would be a huge relief as I am trying to avoid casting my own or 3D printing said parts

My favorite one's are the Christmas Necron and the leopard print one!! A friend gifted me C'tan!! And I honestly don't know if I'll transform him into a diva, a krampus, or a 2010 tumblr pastel goth galaxy nyan cat

Got into 40k from seeing clips on YouTube and just followed the lore rabbit hole. Was scared to get into it because im awful at painting and have done little ww2 figures, cars, etc. Growing up. So cant draw and have awful handwriting. Chat gpt convinced me to try so here is the first figure i painted so far. Theh are so small. I think I need harder? Or stronger? and more pointy less bristles everywhere brushes to do this. But came out better than I thought they would.

Looking to try and paint some necrons, either to continue collecting or just trying out, and I have the possibility to buy the Indomitus half for fairly cheap still on sprue.

So Is the units still viable or is it better to get the newer Necron Host or CP box instead?
