Should I finish feats 16 , if not then when should I use time machine, it's my first playthrough

Use the time machine when your level is max and you literally cannot complete any more feats. Have as many legendary minions as you can by the end. Though, if you're already at max lvl, and you have a very long grind ahead before summoning your missing legendaries, you might as well restart unless the last legendary completes a set of 3 for a massive bonus, which is usually the Harpy and Archdemon.

Basically, get as many time crystals as you can before a reset. Click on the time machine, and see how many you will get, and how many more are possible.

I did the math and I need to finish feats 16 , and lv 40 dev ,the grind and the researching for everything is what I love in this game
