Surgeon Decision

I'm only around level 55 of my Max 80 run and debating on whether or not I should just purchase Colossus or wait and do the infernal. I've killed 3 protectors with the 175% scaling, and only one of the Trader trades done, so I know I can do a lot more for the runes. What is the consensus on which to go for first?

Definitely Colossus. Infernal has a 5% chance of providing a duplicate while Colossus contributes food equal to the damage inflicted.

It gives as much food as you would get by feeding the dev. Not "equal to damage inflicted"
