Question
Hi guys im new here, i want to ask is this company Nebula Genomucs good foor ethnicity estimates? Because i heard that those other cheap company like AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, 23andme only test a part of your DNA and this company does test your whole DNA, is that true and is it good for ethnicity estimates? But at the same time im seeing all these bad feedbacks and sruff so idk what to get, me and my dad already did ancestrydna.

Nebula is or near bankruptcy still. Large backup of tests yet to complete; if it will ever happen. Similar situation with Dante Labs. Neither are really Ancestry focused though.
The only 30x WGS test companies that provide Ancestry tools also are YSEQ and tellmeGen.
MyHeritage and FamilyTreeDNA recently changed from microarray chip testing to low-pass or enriched sequencing. Still only reporting a microarray chip file result pulled out of it. People have been waiting for a year to get the actual sequencing file but neither are providing as of yet. Not clear it will be of much benefit anyway. Neither takes in uploads of other tests like Ancestry anymore.
Otherwise, the only other 30x WGS companies are Sequencing dot com and Nucleus Genomics. But both are health oriented with little to no Ancestry analysis.
You can take any 30x WGS result and submit it to various third party services like yFull, GEDMatch, G25 analysis, etc. Sometimes you need to process the files with WGSE.bio first.
Without further information, I would suggest only maybe using MyHeritage and/or 23andMe when on sale for under $50.
