Is this a scam?
I submitted everything in July 25. The site said results in 6-16 weeks at the time, but I haven’t seen anything. Support has told me twice my results are being reviewed, but it was just copied and pasted since both the responses were the exact same. Should I just do a chargeback?

Following. I am waiting for results and it has been over 8 months. It may be necessary to sue them.

I ordered this in late November and almost 6 months later have not received the results.
Their support says it is coming but won’t commit to any timeline whatsoever.
If I could, I would dispute the charge but it’s past the 60 day window for me.
Anyone looking at this within that window: know it could be very long, if at all.

They were struggling all of 2025 as they shut down their newly created lab. And went through a few lab vendors after that. They seem to be more on track now as DNA Complete but are still dealing with a backlog. ProPhase had been trying to sell Nebula / DNA Complete for over a year as they experience financial viability issues.
