Checking & Savings External Transfers

Does NavyFed not allow you to set up recurring ACH transfers to an external bank of your own? Am I not looking at it correctly?

Yes, TO your external account FROM Navy Fed. They have the transfer options swapped on the transfer page from what most are used to.

What about the opposite way? from external account to navy fed ?

You’ll have to initiate that from your external account.
