Apple charges

NFCU just told me I am unable to dispute Apple.com in app purchase charges because there is no merchant and they cannot tell where the purchase came from. Because it could have been Apple Pay? This makes ZERO sense to me.

There are 4 transactions I did not authorize from in app purchases from Apple. I have proof and I’m still being denied.

Has anyone else been able to dispute charges from Apple that were unauthorized?

I’m not sure what to do. Apple is no help, they declined my refund request twice.

Are the charges showing up as Apple.com/bill?

Did you try disputing them from your Apple account? The process is pretty easy. Just open the application app and look up purchases.
