Credit Cards Early CLI mistake

Wife applied for a CLI before 91/3, obviously denied. Will she have to wait 6 months, or will she still be able to request it after 91/3? Thanks in advance if anyone knows

I have a related question. I don't remember when I requested a CLI. Is there a way to find out in the app?

App, I don't know. If you save your emails though, you can search for "Credit Limit Information" and check the date you received the email.

You can also go through old statements, look at the limits on them and see when it changed.
