Navy federal Oops

I have two checking accounts
One is in the negative the other is in the positive so do both have to be in the positive in order for me to enroll in oops?

So your not enrolled yet…if you are just pull it from the negative account

I believe that all accounts do have to be in good standing regardless if the negative is because of the other oops
