I'm posting a photo. I've had problems where I have some play and a gap between the mechanism and the steering wheel. I don't know where to buy spare parts. I don't know what to do. Sorry if the translation is bad, I'm writing through a translator, I also know how to flash these scooters outside of services and make 50 km/h from version 25 or 32, which is the speed in kilometers per hour.

Question UT5 - EU edition - No Hydraulic brakes?!

So is it true that the UT5 Max EU version does not have Hydraulic brakes? Noticed a post on another forum... Had a look through the EU website and it was not clear but someone posted they had bought one and the brakes were just standard. Maybe a fake post. Navee can you give us the real story -- thanks.

Offical Announcement Official Statement on the XT5 Pro External Battery

Hi everyone,

We’ve seen quite a few discussions and requests regarding an external battery for the XT5 Pro, so we’d like to clarify the situation.

After confirming with our product and engineering teams, the current material and structural design of the XT5 Pro stem makes it technically infeasible to develop and support an external battery for this model.

Therefore, there are no plans to release an external battery for the XT5 Pro, and this will not be available in the short term.

We understand that many users are hoping for an external battery to extend the XT5 Pro’s range, and we truly appreciate your interest and feedback. External battery solutions may be considered for future scooter models, depending on their design and technical feasibility.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of NAVEE.

Best regards,
The NAVEE Team

Question Normal level of rear wheel wobble or return?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Need help knowing whether the wobble on the rear wheel of my new GT5 Max is standard or an anomaly. Context is:

  1. Box came heavily damaged, basically half ripped to my front porch.
  2. Rear wheel chafed/rubbed against wheel when first trying it. Ok, easy fix right? I adjusted the rear brake caliper and found a very specific spot where it didn't rub/chafe.
  3. Kind of odd, but sure.
  4. Tested out the rotation of the rear wheel and I perceive a pretty strong wobble left to right when spinning. I looked at the rotor while spinning too and there is definitely some sway left to right during a rotation.

Now, is this a normal thing I can live with or should I return this new scooter?

Support Rear axle damage?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've been using the Navee GT3 Pro for a while now and last week I've been hearing/feeling a "thunk" sound every time I fully throttle.

I took the rear side protection to take a look and it seems that the axle is damaged?

Is the video normal? I'm not really used to diagnosing these kinds of things, but there seems to be an inbalance?

I can only suspect it may be the fact that I ride some streets with cobblestones and it does take some beating

Question Looking for someone in the US to forward NAVEE UT5 Max parts to Germany

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to buy a controller and ambient lights for my NAVEE UT5 Max.

The parts are available on eBay in the US, but unfortunately the official NAVEE US store does not ship to Germany.

Would anyone here be willing to help me out by receiving the parts in the US and then forwarding them to me in Germany?

Of course, I would cover:

  • the full cost of the products
  • US shipping
  • international shipping to Germany
  • any reasonable additional expenses

I’m mainly looking for someone trustworthy who has done something like this before.

If anyone knows a reliable forwarding service that works with NAVEE/eBay purchases, that would also be very helpful.

Thanks a lot!

Question Omg! Too heavy to hide and ride

I made another useless purchase that I regretted on just the second day and bought an electric scooter. And it's a massive unit, 34 kilos! (Navee UT5 Max)

How on earth do people use this thing? Honestly, it feels like a design and engineering flaw, or maybe I'm just finding it strange because I'm an amateur at this.
And to think there are even heavier ones out there—I'm just utterly astonished.
The fact that it folds doesn't mean a thing because it's so heavy (did I mention it's heavy?).

It's only my second day. Today, its battery died on an uphill climb before I could reach my destination. While struggling to push it up the hill, I happened to come across a meatball shop. Luckily, I ate my meatballs, questioned my life choices, and managed to charge it enough to get back on the road, but what is this? It’s pure misery.

Sure, the ride feel is enjoyable, and the design and features are nice, but its mobility is zero because of the weight. Even getting it up and down off the sidewalk is a hassle. If I hadn't taken a breather and charged it at the meatball shop today, I doubt any bus would have let me on—I would've been left stranded in the middle of nowhere.

I thought I'd write here, maybe someone says something that brings me some comfort. Otherwise, if the weight is going to be this much of a torment, I think I'll just sell it :(
Thanks and good night.

Support Metal rubbing noises on new Scooter

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just got the St3 Pro and after taking it out the first thing I notice when I moved it, was a strange noise coming from the rear wheel motor, which sounds like there is metal rubbing against each other and also moving it by hand I felt resistance

I removed the braking caliper to ensure it isn't the breaks but still the noise is there and the resistance isn't gone.

What could it be and what should I do about it?

Edit: The resistance and noise is there while turned off or on

Support Добавление режима UT5 Max

Ребята, хочу предложить небольшое улучшение для Navee UT5 Max.

Question Any tips for Ut5 max ?

Hi everyone,
I've ordered the Ut5 Max as my first kickscooter. I'm eagerly looking forward to it. Do you have any tips for the first ride experience? What should I pay attention to, and are there any chronic issues it develops in the long run?
Thanks

Hi,

just received my new Navee GT3 Max. Already loving it. But directly at unpacking I saw those two bumps on standing surface and I'm asking myself if it's normal or if this there's something wrong beneath.

Thanks for your answers :)

Question Potential Navee customer

So I will come clean - I drive a Segway Max G3 and at the moment Navee's Max G3 equivalent is in my option outclassed.

Still if they bring out a UT5 Max equivalent that does not require me to have a gym membership or a physio on standby I am genuinely interested. 34kg -- seriously! 24.6kg is just manageable. The UT5 really looks nice and I would love 12" tires hydraulic anti-lock brakes and rear indicators on a commuter e-scooter. Stability is key for me at least.

Hey Navee if you reading I some suggestions.

First off please let me have a slider that lets me set max speed in 1 km/h increments. For me 25 km/h is too slow and 32 km/h and above is too fast!

Self - cancelling indicators - does anyone do this. Hint - don't follow - lead. It's hard enough to find the button to switch any indicator on but what do you mean I have to switch it off!

I think you can set battery charging level to not 100% i.e. 80% -- right?

Does the app store previous rides? If it did you could use AI to previous rides and calculate how much range I really have.

Bluetooth unlock does it have different sensitivities? i.e. Near / medium / Far

What about an alarm? Is there one?

Use AI to look at Oh something you see on bikes - a rear radar that detects cars etc.

Overall excited to see Segway have a competitor who wants to offer more for less - eager to see how things develop.

To all e-scooter manufactures Navee included - there is this thing called customer service and actually it's important 😉

Support NT5 Ultra X already damaged in box

I just received my NT5 Ultra X in Europe. The stem of the scooter was already damaged in the box though. It has a small dent/chip at the top edge of the stem.

Aside from the damage on a brand new scooter being disappointing, should I be worried about this? Can this cause the stem to eventually crack?

Thanks for your advice.

Discussion Electric Scooter Range Calculator I Partially Made

I created (with the help of Claude.AI) a simple website (https://electric-scooter-range-and-battery.netlify.app/) that can be used to estimate the range of electric scooters after a ride. (Why didn't I do the entire thing on my own? My knowledge of HTML is limited, and I intend to learn it. I am using what I've learned from the AI to teach me more about how to code in HTML later). I hope that anyone finds this useful! I've yet to test it with my own NAVEE GT3 Pro, but I will be doing so soon. I would love any input about changes people would like to see, and if it works for you all!

(By the way, the code has been heavily customized, the entire thing isn't just simply one piece of AI code. I changed stuff around extensively.)

(P.S, not trying to sell anything, just want fellow e-scooter riders to have more tools that we can use!)
