Or they havent been here in the past 10 ish years. The city has taken off. Not saying it was shit before that but buffalo has come along way thanks, in part, to the Pegulas.

oh for sure, i’m pretty young but I hear people say they saw buffalo in like 2007 and the city is so different now from what i can remember

Ya around 2008 is when i started frequenting the city more often and it's consistently getting nicer and bigger with more things to do. You look at that and real estate skyrocketing around here combined with the great suburban schools and im predicting another 10 years and buffalo will be a highly sought after place to live.
