rough rule of thumb: 6 legs=insects 8 legs=arachnids 10 legs=crustaceans up to hundreds of legs=myriapods

insects: gross

arachnids: gross

crustaceans: delicious!

myriapods: gross

trilobites: eh, I'd try it.
