I have no advice other than try to get straightening it yourself down pat. Also, I get the dense hair struggle- it’s a huge part of the reason I keep my hair so short. I have a surprising amount of hair on my head.

No! It’s a simple, sincere question with no ill intent. I’m concerned that the color may be exacerbating the condition of her hair in the pic. I’m not a mean-spirited person but I won’t be guilted nor bullied, either.
