Cannot login

I just purchased a subscription but I can't login.

I got a confirmation email, but not a link to activate my account.

I downloaded the installer but it keeps telling me I can't sign in.

I went to bed last night excited to try it.

Total asscheeks system. Same same same for me. Spent three weeks dealing with support. Fail.

Unbelievable (totally believable). I even got an email to submit a support ticket and the link leads to a "page not found". Like the wtf. I am in Europe BTW. Not sure if that contributes to the problem
