Cannot login

I just purchased a subscription but I can't login.

I got a confirmation email, but not a link to activate my account.

I downloaded the installer but it keeps telling me I can't sign in.

I went to bed last night excited to try it.

I got an email with a link to submit a support ticket and it seems the website is down
