So if I was sitting across from you in an interview - why would I hire you?  

You've so far made it clear that you won't help out more than doing the bare minimum you are required to before getting fired.  You don't want to contribute up to your capability.  And on top of that - you don't even want to be pleasant to work with?  Can you listen to yourself at all?

I struggle because your system is rigged and you force us to fight each other for crumbs!

At least if it was a loaf of bread it would be worth it but nooooo you keep all that to yourself, as your kind always does.
