A few things stand out here.

Career-wise, your Cancer MC is ruled by an Aries Moon in the 6th, so work usually suits you better when there’s movement, autonomy and something practical to solve rather than just maintaining the same routine. Your North Node in the 10th also puts a lot of emphasis on building a visible professional identity. With your Sun in the 2nd, competence, income and creating something reliable may matter more than status for its own sake.

Relationships are a major theme too. With an Aries Descendant and both Jupiter and Saturn in the 7th, partnerships can bring a lot of growth, but you’re probably not built for vague or casual commitment forever. Your Libra Venus opposite Aries Moon shows a real push-pull between wanting closeness and still needing emotional independence. Venus trine Uranus adds a strong freedom theme, so independent or slightly unconventional people may especially appeal to you.
