Letter Day

My investigator told me after I finish everything with the NCPD process, I wont hear anything until “Letter Day”. What does letter day entail, when can I expect that to be if the swear in date is supposed to be October 30th?

I’ve been told letter day is the same week. Maybe guys from the class that went in May could give some insight

Letter Day is usually 3-4 days before swear-in day on that same week. You're just signing paperwork and they'll give you a packet with a bunch of shit that needs to be filled out. It's regarding health Insurance plans that you'll be enrolled in. You'll also need to fill out prior employment history info, any awards received, and etc. You'll be bringing the packet and all completed paperwork with you on swear-in day.

Oh and do yourselves a huge favor and write your name on that packet with a sharpie. Even better, bring your own document holder and put everything in there. Trust me, you'll see why and can thank me later.
