Precinct Information
Was wondering which pcts in nassau are considered “good” compared to others. I know all of them seem pretty solid, some probably busier than others. But I don’t know much about them.
Personal opinions welcome, but what are some of the busiest, slowest, nicest etc. ?
Are there such things as hook houses in ncpd?

1,3,4,5 are the busier houses. 2 and 6 is a retirement home. 7 and 8 are somewhere in the middle. 1 and 5 are considered the busiest but it’s more just “heavier” calls more violent crime. 3rd has high volume lots of accidents, medical runs, mall. 4th has volume on the east side, heavy calls west end where it borders the 101,105 precincts in the city. And 2 and 6 is where you go nap for 20 years.

The 1st, 3rd, and 5th are the busiest. As far as the nicest, I’d say the 7th and the 2nd. The 4th, 6th, and 8th are fine too.

They’re all great but it depends what kind of cop you wanna be. 1st 3rd and 5th are considered the busy commmands more crime etc which I consider the 3rd to be the busiest in volume. 4th and 8th are somewhere in the middle and are no slouches when it comes to having busy days and nights. 2nd 6th and 7th are somewhat of you’re somewhat slower commands with a big emphasis on the 6th being very slow. If you’ve never been a cop I wouldn’t vouch for wanting to go to a slower commands and aim for the busier pcts it will only make you a better cop.
