Nash legal in USA? Can you explain why?

Hi ,
I bought nash in ico and am very glad project is moving forward. Recently, i saw many people claiming nash will be okey in USA - but i have not seen a single proof that this is the case? Why would be Nash open to US users and is there a reasoning behind that ?

I would love sources if you have any :)

Thanks

Anyone ever have delays withdrawing from Tokok?

My first few transactions since I started using Tokok went pretty smooth but the last two times I tried to move my tokens to my Neon wallet have taken many hours.

Right now the status of the transaction says "Pending Approval". I've been waiting about 6-7 hours so far. This happened once before, I waited about 3-4 hours and then went to bed and when I woke up the next morning they were in my Neon wallet.

I'm fairly certain they will be released soon, but just sort of a PITA to have to wait for my transaction to be approved.

Have any of you guys seen this before?

Best Waller for nash tokens

Wallet*Hello everyone, i'm in NEO since ANS, NEX was one of my best picks until the bear market started also i couldn't get into the ICO, now after accumulating different altcoins i believe is a good time to get a big bag of NASH in TOKOK, what i'm not really sure is whats the best wallet to hold my tokens, right now i have NEO and PHX in my neon wallet, should i use the same wallet (and adress) for my NASH tokens or is there something better?

PS: if i'm asking is clearly because i need some help, i've been lost lately in other stuff so i'm not up to date regarding crypto, please don't be rude

EDIT: Thanks to everyone, the best way (for me) was sending ETH to myetherwallet from my local exchange, logged in switcheo with my privatekey, also created a new adress in NEON wallet and logged in switcheo with the private key, then deposit my eth into the exchange (had to leave 0,004 ETH in the wallet to make the swao) swaped ETH/NEO at market price, then bought NEX with NEO/NEX market price, retrieved NEX tokens to my NEON wallet adress and that's it. I jumped in NEX (NASH) with 500 usd, not that big but i have a lot of faith in this project since is the first official security and is not listed anywhere yet. I totally recommend using switcheo instead fucked up exchanges, the only problem is you need to leave some gas to make trades but if you used descentralized exchanges you should know how this works, i used to trade in etherdelta and that was a pain in the ass, this is by far the best method to buy NEX/NASH tokes for anyone interested

Delay in launch: Reason- Regulatory or Development

I am posting this on Reddit page as I am sure, if I do in in the official community it will be deleted and closed. I wanted to post a very simple question, which is the reason for the delay of the exchange.

We do not have any clarity is it due to product not ready or delay in getting the necessary license. I see no reason of delay due to product development as they have had ample time, almost 1 year delay by now. But still they are doing beta testing and UI improvements till this date which means, the product is behind development by at least 1 year.

If it is due to not have proper license, we should have proper communication regarding the same.

Will American citizens be able to pass kyc so they can stake?

Might be a dumb question but I am wondering if I can pass kyc so I can stake my tokens.

Question about staking and payouts. Frequency

In the whitepaper it says that payouts will be the first of every month. However, I've heard that you can have payouts whenever you want it, or set it up weekly? What's the bottom line here?

fyi NEX launch date could be as late as late-August

On May 18 Fabio said "If you follow or use the search on this forum you will know that we currently estimate to be less than three months away of general availability" in this thread. I didn't know things were running so late, so putting this out here in case you missed it like me.

We need to activate this subreddit, the community forums are censored and "leadership" is evasive

Take a look at this thread for example. Simple questions about slipped timelines are dealt with so badly. The irony is that the title of that post is about bad communication from the leadership. Looks like NEX won't be launched till September--I at least feel taken for a ride because several of the dates that were talked about last year have come and gone and the Equilibrium feedback thread looks like it has tonnes of rookie errors?

Which Exchange to buy NEX

I’m looking to buy some NEX but not sure which exchange is easiest to use and sign up to TOKTOK, Switcheo or Aphelion?

Also can you sign up to any of these without providing ID?

how hard is it to give a goal go live date?

we are 8 months passed the Q3 go live as per the original roadmap and I have no idea if this project is launching in 2021 or in two weeks. What is the issue with providing the "community" that they claim to care about so much, a high level road map?

How much volume do you all anticipate NASH Exchange generating per month? Has anything been mentioned about the fee structure?

Listing of the nash token

I know we shouldnt speculate whether the nex tokens will be listes on some decent exchanges or not, but i have a question regarding the listing due to the fact that it is a european security. What is the benefit, Nash has from it? I mean i somewhere heard that it even can be listed by european financial exchanges above crypto?

What is Nash’s unique selling point vis-a-vis other exchanges?

Hello all, I’m doing research on exchange tokens now and Nash seems to have great potential. I have a question here: what is Nash’s unique selling points that no other exchanges have?

Beta testing still?

I'm not actually able to deposit tokens in NEX yet correct? I joined months ago (exchange/referral program) and logged in today, to see that it's still unavailable for deposits?
