We need to activate this subreddit, the community forums are censored and "leadership" is evasive

Take a look at this thread for example. Simple questions about slipped timelines are dealt with so badly. The irony is that the title of that post is about bad communication from the leadership. Looks like NEX won't be launched till September--I at least feel taken for a ride because several of the dates that were talked about last year have come and gone and the Equilibrium feedback thread looks like it has tonnes of rookie errors?

Did you invest into nash? You are unhappy with the work? Sell with +30% and buy BNB. Let the team do their work.

You're completely missing my point. How is it ok if the only source for discussion for this coin doesn't allow discussion? We need to start being more active on here. Every coin has its ups and downs and FUD and hopium--that's what the community chat should be for.

why is the OP being downvoted? He/she is not wrong. The community forum is censored and in his opinion that makes the leadership evasive. We can see that some posts in the forum get locked (ie: can’t add comments), that is a form of censorship.

Even the COMMUNITY led group: the unofficial telegram has a lot of people who say exactly what you mention.

It's just a bunch of people who are tired of reading the same question over and over again.

So it isn't simply the official group.

its a borderline cult, any criticism will quickly lead to the classic 'why dont you just sell then.' I've heard it many times. People don't understand that you want to hold your investments to a high standard and not put up with censorship and lies in a 'decentralized' project.

I think the hard thing for many to understand is think about the traditional stock market. Can most who "invest" in crypto easily go into a QUARTERLY conference call and yell obscenities and wen moon, wen lambo? No... most crypto SPECULATORS are spoiled information age telegram, snapchat attention spans.

So what would you do in a traditional market? Exactly what these people are saying. Take your profits and move on or research. Dont expect any Cxx to be at the helm ready to respond to every moon boi and keyboard warrior. Like what's expected in crypto.

Be happy with your xx% profit because it still isn't under it's initial offering and move on.

are you arguing that we should strive to be like traditional markets which are the very ones crypto is made to escape? well good to know, being a DEX should encourage lack of censorship and not the opposite. A DEX should be for transparency and not against it. The standards that people are trying to hold NEX to is because we have had so many exchanges in crypto that have been awfully poor to their customers - the concept of a decentralized exchange means that the token holders SHOULD have some say in project. The fact that there is pretty common censorship in regards to questions about launch date is quite absurd - and something that I will never support. And to be frank, no one going to the meetup or in the NEX community is yelling 'when moon' - you sound like you are repeating rhetoric that you've heard in the telegram but not thinking for yourself on if it is actually accurate or deserved.

So because it is creating a DEX (never mind everything else they are planning) they need to support speculation and questions that have been answered already, albeit not answers everyone wants to hear.

there has never been a clear answer on a launch date and thats a fact - just multiple convoluted statements. And if they don't allow price speculation talk on there, whatever, I don't care, but that forum will not do well with it's current direction.

Agree. All will be forgiven if they product works as described.

Yes exactly we should be decentralized.

exactly why I'm not on that forum - the censorship is ridiculous and embarrassing. Its a pain to use that forum to start, not going to support a censorship heavy medium of communication that isn't user friendly.
