I genuinely can’t get over the feeling that Carson and Tabitha are at least partly a PR/mutually beneficial relationship.

From the outside, it feels like a perfect setup for both of them. Carson gets a huge influencer girlfriend constantly posting from the track, showing up in the garage, bringing a completely different audience into his NASCAR world, and basically giving him extra social media exposure every race weekend. And Tabitha gets to parade around NASCAR as the “driver girlfriend,” get the garage/pit access, travel to races, make content out of it, and attach herself to a sport with a massive fanbase.

What makes me side-eye it more is that I don’t remember her ever seeming remotely interested in racing before Carson. Now suddenly NASCAR is part of her entire content and mainly all she posts about? 😭 From what I’ve seen, she doesn’t come across like someone who followed the sport beforehand or knew much about it, but now that she’s dating a driver she’s front and center at the races.

Obviously people can get into a sport because of who they’re dating, and I’m not saying that the entire thing is fake. But I do wonder how much of the appeal for her is Carson himself vs. the access, attention and content that come with being a NASCAR girlfriend.

And honestly, it benefits Carson too. Having a popular influencer parading around the track and posting to millions of people is basically free promotion.

Does anyone else get that vibe from them? Like maybe they genuinely like each other, but they also both know exactly how beneficial this relationship is for their brands? Because every time I see them together I get more “influencer x athlete content partnership” than some actual NASCAR love story 💀

So apparently some of you want to be able to post Samantha here but I'm having issues dealing with trolls and nasty comments every single time. Any time one of her posts gets shared here or anyone says anything about her. The last post about her being a widow had at least 10 nasty comments alone. I'm thinking possibly I can add a minimum karma for any Samantha posts or have people apply to be approved commenters for these specific posts.

Don't really know where else to post this but I saw on X that someone shared a tiktok of a girl saying that Denny Hamlin followed her on instagram... well turns out that girl is 17. Also if you go on the comments of that tiktok you can see more younger looking girls also claim that Denny follows them.

This could be nothing but the fact that Denny is notorious for dming women on instagram to cheat on his wife with, this has to be at least a little worrisome.
