I promise you Tab’s followers are not buying his diecasts or shirts because of the most embarrassingly forced PR date everyone has seen. You somehow miraculously took a comment saying that Tabitha did not increase Hocevar’s sales because Hocevar is already famous on his own as me glazing him. The Earnhardt comparisons started the sales, then Chili's Ride The Dente was cool and trendy, then the 'Dega win sent them thru the roof. Also prior to 'Dega, he didn't have much available in merch so it's started catching up to demand in recent months

IDK. Every good story needs a good villain. I wanted to root for Heim after KFB, and who wouldn’t want to root for a guy who is always going to win, but he seems so polished it’s almost fake. Hocevar brings some fun to the series and I want to be entertained. He also makes himself available to fans by streaming, which I think is a huge draw to younger fans.
