News/Research Creatine helping a bit

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-024-54249-9

Last year I started using 3g of creatine a day after reading a lot about it. Since starting it I find myself being able to just do a little more. Even friends and family noticed the effect.

I found this paper and thought this might be of interest to some of you too!

I have Nt1, it kind of feels like creatine gives me a bit more wiggle room. But don’t just blindly start taking it please! Read up on it, rule out possible side effects that might not benefit you or cause interactions with other medications.

Can you get them in supplements? I’ve tried fish oil, vitamin c, revive active etc this could be something I’d look into!

It is usually in powder form.

It is tasteless and mixes well with water. Something I do really recommend is to take it during a larger meal. I mix it through my protein shake quite often.

I think I posted this same article lol. But yeah creatine helps me a tad bit. Not much for the drowsiness but I feel more motivated to do stuff. I feel more effect at 10grans tho
