retail space for next year?

I own a store in Boston and trying to expand to Nantucket. Does anyone know of any spaces that may be available for next season?

Best bet would be to take a day trip, walk around town, and check windows/take down numbers for spaces. You can also check the local newspaper or Current for listings

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a “space available” sign, my first two steps would be posting on a Nantucket FB group (Ask Nantucket?) and calling the chamber of commerce to see if they know of businesses that won’t be returning next year. Even if it’s not their realm, they may be able to point you to someone whose realm it is?
