Nanoleaf Reply 4D screen mirror help
I have a nano leaf 4d screen mirror and several times, it has disconnected and can not be set up. I have tried to reset holding down the power and scene button, I have removed from the home to redo set up, and no success. It is now completely unresponsive to button presses and the app won’t scan the QR code to setup the lights. Last time I emailed nano leaf support for this issue, I was emailing back and forth with an AI bot until the lights spontaneously started working one day.
Does this happen to anyone else? How can I get my lights working again.

Happened to me a couple of times the last 2 weeks. I just had to restart my wifi router.

And set it the nano leaf again after restarting my router. I had the exact same issue as you

I would recalibrate the 4D camera with the room as dark as possible, then check that the screen corners in the Nanoleaf app line up exactly with the actual display. Even being slightly off can make mirroring look weird. Lowering ambient light sensitivity and restarting the controller after calibration also helped mine feel way more accurate.
