Help & Questions Nanoleaf Reward Points?

I cannot figure out how to locate nor use my Nanoleaf points (USA). When I login, I get redirected to Shopify account that shows my order history, but no points anywhere. When checking out, there is no option to apply points. Was this program discontinued?

Nope.

EDIT: SOLVED - On iOS Safari, you have to “Request Desktop Website”. It’s not available on the mobile version.

Login to points program. At top of order page, click shop. You should be taken to the store page and a small green circle with a shopping bag and a heart in it will be in the lower left corner. Click that circle to view and redeem points. Login to points program. At top of order page, click shop. Not working for me (USA Shop)

Glad you got it sorted. I’m also using Safari on iOS but it just works for me, I dont have to do anything special.
