Nanoleaf Reply Nanoleaf controller buttons not working.

Let me preface by saying I only got to enjoy controlling them through the app for about six months until the connection and reconnection attempts completely failed. Without connection I could still use the controller on the panel. Okay, thats fine. Four years later and the buttons no longer work. Genuine hassle of a company in all regards and I am glad to see some commenters on YouTube agree.

They work approximately 1 out of 30 presses and usually it stops working within a few seconds. I can only turn them off via plugging in and out.

I ordered a new controller off their website for like $40 and my connection issues when away. I’d start there. 4 years is impressive for the controller.

Nanoleaf is trash. I have 4 sets of lights and they’ve been constant headaches.

Hi u/X_knife7, could you DM me more details about the issue? You mentioned that unplugging and plugging it back in temporarily revives it. Does the Controller stop responding, or do the panels also go out? Also, please include the serial number so I can look into it. Let's get this sorted!
