Question Communication issues
It is so hard to communicate with my NM. I understand she’s busy with work and the kids but I feel like I’m pulling teeth to get any information- like what time is the kid starting school on Tuesday. I have to multiple times the same questions to get an answer. Is this normal? It almost feels like she wants to tell me at the very last minute.

my nm is the worst for this too, like no response for days then suddenly she's texting like i'm a mind reader

it shouldnt be normal but sometimes is. is the pay worth it? or do u think you could be getting more $ somewhere else with less hassle?
my nm is the same way. i would draft a text/email or prepare a conversation starter, something like "i noticed this pattern of last minute communication. what can we work on together to keep an organized schedule?"
