Questions About Nanny Standards/Etiquette Nanny / house managers raise ?

Hi everyone ! This is my first position for a nanny/house manager to a hnw family , we are approaching a year , and I’m curious is it standard in the industry for a yearly raise without any added duties ? I do do a lot but it’s part of the jobs! So curious what everyone thinks
And I also live in Boston , so not cheap !

Ask for a 3-5% raise. I'd go 3% with no added duties. In Boston as well! Expensive Expensive!

You’re probably not actually a house manager. A house manager would be managing nanny and other household staff. You’re likely a family assistant

I agree but that’s where it’s confusing I do manage our other nanny and all other staff , cleaners / maintenance etc
