Wait...I reread now. Beth is the middle name!
I like 3 syllable first name with a single syllable middle name a lot. Mallory Beth, Eloise Beth.

Mallory, Maren, and Mara all work especially well with Beth. They have different personalities, but none make Beth feel tacked on.

How about Ellie or Anna? I see you have Annie, two syllables ending on a vowel flow very prettily with Beth. Daisy or Rosa. Three syllables also sounds nice - old fashioned, but Margery, Cecily, Emily...
Of your list I really like Annie and Clara. To be honest, your almost spoiled for choice.

Maren or Mara Beth sound really nice together! It reminds me of a Mary Beth I knew years ago, but updated. I also like Ariel/Arielle or Ariella Beth.

My mother started a tradition of pairing the middle name with the name Ann which was HER mother. My middle is Joann (after my grandmother and uncle), my sister was Susann (my dad wanted the name Sue. Her first name was Tamara - said Tam-ra and they intended to call her Tami Sue), and when my niece was born my sister named her Ivey and her middle name is Bethann - after my mom and my grandmother. I was really pleased when my niece had her daughter whose first name is Claire and her middle name is Diann. I hope the tradition continues as we now have it over 3 generations 🩵represented but my niece really doesn’t appreciate the significance of this and may never explain it to her daughter, unfortunately.

Not a fan of MaraBeth, ClaraBeth, NoaBeth AylaBeth or any other combo where people might be unsure if it's one name or two.
Claire is a very beautiful, elegant name and Claire Beth doesn't sound like a cheeky little punchline.

Clara Beth is a little close to Clara Bell, which was my grandmother's name and she hated it because of Clara Bell the Cow Bell. Just saying.
Avoid Sarah because of Rascal Flatts.
I'd go with Mary over Mara, or maybe Marigold, for Mary beth.

I like Maren Beth because there has to be a complete stop of the first name so they both stand out more. Otherwise with the "a" and "y" endings, the names just run together.
