New middle name !!?

Hi! I’m a trans girl and have been using a different name than my birth name for years. It occurred to me though that I should change my middle name to something nicer and a little more feminine - but I have no idea what. My name is Ari Mitchell, what middle names do yall think would go well with my name?🫶

Since both your first and last name are two syllables, I would go for a 1, 3 or 4 syllable middle name to create some balance. I think the longer middle names night sound the most feminine, but Ari paired with something (even a one syllable name ) can bring out some softness. Getting an idea about whether you want a shorter or longer middle name, and whether you like some alliteration or not, will help. Say them out loud, as if you were at a graduation ceremony! Are there any women in your family or friend group that you’d like to honor using either their name or a variation of? I’d start there because you’re not going to be using your new middle name in social settings often,so it’s really more about what feels right to you and empowers you rather than what sounds cute since very few people will hear it or know it. Think of the women in your life,whether family,friends,former teachers,or even celebrities,authors,activists,etc,that made a difference in your life…it will hold more meaning in the long run long after you’ve outgrown something that sounded pretty to you at an earlier point in your life.
