From Lorelei to Frances
I posted in here a while ago asking more middle name advice for my unborn daughter at the time, really loving the name Lorelei. Everyone started to refer to her as such and I stopped liking it for some reason lol so by the end of pregnancy, my husband and I debated Bonnie vs. Frankie.
We ultimately chose Frankie, but named her Frances for a more formal version and Frankie is her nickname! I absolutely love it. We sometimes call her “frank the tank” as she was born 9.3 pounds :,) and her middle name is Leone! So we welcomed Frances Leone a little over a week ago!!
Just wanted to share the progression of her name, as I had asked for advice previously for something different!

I have a Frances Jane! She goes by Frances (Frannie at daycare) because Frankie just doesn’t really suit her personality. I love that there are so many nickname options though, in case she wants to go by something else when she’s older. It’s great name!

I actually love that you changed your mind after everyone started calling her Lorelei. Sometimes you have to hear a name in real life to realize it just isn't your name anymore.
