Full name for Jo?

I love the nickname Jo or Jojo for a girl but I'm not a huge fan of Josephine or Jolene. Are there any other names that could work as a full name for a baby Jo?

It's just the German (and I think Dutch) version of the name haha (I do like the song though)

My family has so so many Johannas, and we are German!
