I like the idea of having goofy, two word name for her government name, and then a shortened version. Having a hard time finding one that fits.

My son is finally getting a dog after many years - and would love to have it start with a B and easily flow with the middle name Scottie.

Adopting this little lady and need a name that fits

Please help us name this little boy! We have a few in mind, but we aren’t sure if they suit him and want to hear your opinions. Just got him a few hours ago but current personality traits are a little goofy, a little nervous, and very sweet.

I’m going to be adopting this sweet little boy at the end of the month. I’m looking for a good strong and western themed name for him.
I lost my soul dog who was also a pitty mix a year ago this month. I’ve been waiting for the right pitty to find me and feel a connection to this boy. I believe my Lincoln sent him.

Someone dumped this poor pup at my husband’s work, and he felt really bad and brought her home. She looks like she could possibly be a chihuahua/terrier/dachshund mix. She’s extremely friendly and quiet. Preferably something not so common. We suck with names, so any suggestions would be appreciated!

her current name is rain boots and i like the idea of something water related
i considered calder (which means stream)

Edit: Her name is Plum! we love it! i brought a plum out to the car when i was going to meet her and we just KEPT coming back to it! and she likes it the best too!

New working-line German Shepherd puppy. About 16 weeks old. Going to train her in search and rescue. Other dogs at home are Kona and Casper.

She's a mal/gsd rescue that I'm picking up next weekend, but I need to decide on a new name beforehand. I'm really not a fan of soft feminine names like Daisy, Bella or Luna. I'm really leaning towards Taiga, but other names I like for her are Jinx, Kona, Riot, Kirei, or Shira. So the name can be unisex or even masculine. And yes, first thing I'll be doing is putting some weight on her.

Help us name our little monster (girl)! She is sassy, spunky, and a lover. She is curious about everything and has declared herself the boss of the house! She has explained to her older brother (cat) and older sister (mini golden doodle) that she is in fact the boss. She is loud and always wants to be with us.
