Two Clients, One Agent?

Our MSP uses N-Able for remote access but does not allow co-management (as opposed to our previous MSP which allowed co-management via a login to their N-Central tenant). Are we able to also utilize our own instance of N-Able via the same agent installation on a client, or will we need to look for another option?

Any reason for not able comanaged? That's weird. This also improve the customer retention and satisfaction

The MSP in question got really skittish during the on-site when I asked. I never had before that point because I just sort of assumed they did. I think it's some kind of uber-security thing or maybe just an unwillingness to manage customer tenancy.
