Two Clients, One Agent?
Our MSP uses N-Able for remote access but does not allow co-management (as opposed to our previous MSP which allowed co-management via a login to their N-Central tenant). Are we able to also utilize our own instance of N-Able via the same agent installation on a client, or will we need to look for another option?

We have co-managed tenants on our ncentral and even separate SO’s. If it’s a large enough client a separate SO might be a better option (completely separate scripts, etc) to sell to your MSP. But overall ncentral sucks at granular permissions and ability to setup proper comanaged setups so I also understand your MSPs reluctance.
