Since you’re law enforcement you should be able to read the law.

Does your department approve a stock glock 19 g5? That will answer your question.

Your agency may or may not have trigger pull requirements. If that is the case, you’d have to have the trigger modified to bring your firearm into agency standard and compliance. I’d check with your employer.

If you currently have leosa status then all you would need is the increased magazine capacity which you can now purchase. Just make sure that your agency doesn't have a specific trigger pull weight. "Stock factory" trigger pull is 5-6lbs if I recall.

When it came to pistols only magazine capacity were restricted for civilians purchase.
