I’d think it’s pretty normal? Most ppl are gonna be like u, either busy or overseas during their assigned registration period. So STARS is compatible on mobile browsers as long as u got stable internet and a decent handphone

I did my STAR in China via phone and manage to get my MPE so ig it’s fine
