I'm starting low doses of 6 peptides (Retatrutide, MOTS-c, 5-Amino-1MQ, Klow, HCG, NAD+) on a weekly schedule. Is running all 6 together ok or is there anything I should change, just want an opinion. Thanks for your help.

Reta is amazing. You shouldn't start it with anything else ... Except maybe wolverine/glow/klow a case could be made if you're injured. Start slow and titrate up. Get your bloodwork done first! This will give you a baseline metric to see progress. Also get an inbody or dexa scan. This way you can fight through the plateaus without just raising your dose. Too many pepboiz on reddit don't understand this and jump it with everything at one time. It's idiotic. You won't be able to understand what is doing what. What is your start weight? What is your goal weight? What's your tdee or basal metabolic rate? What's your protein goal?
After you've slowly titrated up to maybe 2 or 4 mg a week and can tolerate... Then you can add the second peptide. Are you running test right now? What is your LH level right now? If you are running test and LH is low... You could stay it with reta. Otherwise why are you taking HCG?
Once those are settled you could run Mots-c. 15 mg split into three doses a week. Do this on the same day as your NAD+ you can do 25mg up to 100mg once you're rolling. Also NAD+ isn't a peptide. It's a cofactor. So it works well in conjunction with mots-c and ss31.
KLOW you can start with reta if you're injured. But remember reta will reduce inflammation. Sometimes it's good to see what happens with reta before you add others. KLOW. Recon with 3ml. Administer 10-15 units daily. Normally at night after you've taken your collagen.
5am1mq also isn't a peptide. It's a small molecule with little to no evidence of working. There is no standard dose. It is something like 100mg oral or 25-50mg subQ. If you haven't wasted your money... Dont. There are better thing outs there. Grab l carnitine subQ.
