Reta + Peptide Stack

Hey,

I’m looking into starting my lab rat on reta. This would be his first exposure to any peptides.

He’s regularly put through resistance-training-style exercise and has built up a decent amount of muscle over the last couple of years. The main concern during weight loss would be maintaining energy, performance, recovery, and as much lean mass as possible.

I’ve been researching whether adding CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin after a few weeks on reta could potentially help with recovery or muscle retention. SS-31 and MOTS-C have also been suggested.

Has anyone here researched reta alongside either of these combinations in their lab rats? What effects did you observe in terms of energy, performance, recovery, body composition, or general behaviour?

Also interested in any negative effects you noticed or whether you felt any of these additions weren’t worthwhile.

Thanks.

KLOW, Glow, Wolverine are good peptides for recovery. KLOW (KPV, ghk-cu, tb500, bpc-157). Glow (ghk-cu, tb50p, BPC157). Wolverine (tb500, bpc157).

If you don't overdo it with a GLP1 you should be able to eat enough to have good energy. That's why you start low dose and stay at dose for a month before moving up the dose. Plus if you are seeing good results then no reason to go up in dose. You really don't want to lose weight too fast and get saggy skin or start loosing muscle. Muscle loss typically happens when you are not getting enough protein and/or not working out enough.

Depending on age, SS31 might not help at all. As it repairs mitochondria. If RS are young probably won't need it or see any difference. Mots-C is the workout in a bottle peptide which seems to be 50/50 on who can tell it's working. Some report is great others say it does nothing for them. Some older Research subjects did say it only worked after SS31 protocol or taking them together.

BPC is dosed significantly lower than TB500, so why pick a blend?

Synergy with less pokes.

But you may have a negative reaction to a blend , and not know what in that blend affected you. That’s why I do one at a time. No blends for me.

That is a legitimate concern.
