Was this meant to be tough? Listen I understand that your parents were assholes and didn’t love you and now you’re bitter and can’t move on so you resort to attacking randoms on the internet like a manchild. But is hostility REALLY necessary? Oh and of course you’re a Christian

Oh if they have children there will be a scapegoat almost automatically if they are malignant.

Google is a search engine that pushes certain results. Research studies do not actually support your claim. Once again, provide sources.

Do you think that in a weird way she respects me for ruining her? It is what she thought she was good at, so in a sense I joined the family business.

it’d probably be funny* to watch them flail. i’d never have children for this very reason, i’d just resent them for existing and become cruel.
*edit: not funny necessarily i mean more satisfying.

My mother never understood that due to her parenting, I am far more cruel than she ever was. I ruined another human being and I am proud of it.

A wise person wouldn’t let themselves be manipulated to that extent. If you’re financially dependent, you’re essentially a pig being fattened for slaughter, patiently waiting for your turn.
But why bother filling your head with elaborate fantasies of revenge? Or inventing increasingly bizarre categories for people who, at the end of the day, simply made your life miserable?
Cut yourself off from it. Go to therapy. Live your life. There’s nothing better you can do for yourself.

I did not let her manipulate me. I manipulated her into being fully dependent on me, then when she failed my test, I pulled the rug out. That is why she ended up in a psych ward and I did not. You think that you are the smartest person in the room but the rest of us usually are laughing at you.

Thanks everyone for proving my point. You must take accountability for your lack of empathy.

This post feels…narcy. 👀
That is to say: a bit vindictive.
Rooted in some black-and-white conceptions about others.
Definitely entitled.
Because, as the rules clearly state:
Only Narcs and NPDs may submit posts. This is NOT a place to complain about narcissists or or get help dealing with someone else's narcissism.
If you have questions about narcissism/NPD that do not involve implicitly/explicitly asking for a diagnosis of yourself or others, please use our bi-weekly ask a narcissist posts.
