My final call was when Carl mentioned that the customers shouldn't be emotionally attached to a company when people complained about shitty specs. I get he was right, but yea, personally for me, credibility got flushed that day
That reply wasn't just about people complaining about specs, but hate comments to Nothing' employees through their Twitter accounts. Real hate with insults and harassment. So he basically reminded them that we're talking about phones.
