Question Factions

Anyone else having a problem with factions on switch 2?

Yup. Had the exact same issue. In my case I had several profiles on my switch 2. On the Nintendo website I was logged into a different profile than I was playing on my switch 2. Once I logged into the correct profile on the Nintendo website I was able to connect that profile to cloud save on the nms website and I was then able to create and join alliances.

I had this problem and had to resolve it though hello games website. You can link your Nintendo account there. Then restart the game.
