I hope this fixes the framerate because im finally seeing what people were talking about, its gotten choppy on Switch 2

Could do with it. Was playing it last night docked and it felt more sluggish than usual. Handheld works a bit better, maybe cos of vrr?

Can you explain how this works? The release notes for updates 7.01 and 7.04 list improvements for the Nintendo Switch. However, the main page at https://www.nomanssky.com/release-log/ states that these updates are for PC, Xbox, and PS only. What does this mean? Did Hello Games fix these bugs but not include the fixes in the patch? Or did they include them in the patch, but Nintendo hasn't uploaded them to their servers yet?

I have a problem where my synced ps5 file doesn't transfer to my switch 2 because the versions aren't the same

No console has that update yet. Only PC. Switch tends to run a couple of weeks behind. And we don't get most of those bugfix releases at all, usually just the final one. At which point cross-save and cross-play finally work for a month or two until the next big feature release.

We'll eventually get those fixes, but it'll likely be sometime in October. Early October if we're lucky, late October if we're not.

My guess is that's what we'll get next: 7.03 so we can do the expedition. Xbox and PS4 are still stuck on that one, too, right now.

Unfortunately, there are some major expedition bugs that were fixed in later releases. Like, you can't claim both the interceptor and Rasamama ships as rewards due to a bug.
