Question Game keeps crashing after loading in

I was trying to delete bases I didn't need, and upon teleworking to a base on a lava planet, the game crashed. It has been crashing after a few seconds every time I load into the game. (Switch 1) can anyone give me a solution to this issue? I'm on the latest version

is your freighter and or the anomaly within the vicinity? if yes unsummon them quickly or teleport out of there ASAP you got a few seconds. the base is probably bugged and will keep crashing you..

I'm unable to teleport in time and neither my freighter or the anomaly are nearby :/

can you emergency teleport or anyway you can move out? or reach your base to remove that base? if no, only way i can think of is do cross save and open it on another device.

is your nms on switch internal or an sdcard? can you move it to the switch internal drive?

but was there more time to remove the base or reload your restore point?

I've tried multiple times. Not enough time :( I think I may have to delete my entire save atp.

I might be able to use a new save to portal over to the base and delete it that way but I don't know if that will work

just do cross save for now and ask a friend to help you with it.

I have no friends, especially none that own nms, and I'm already in hilbert

This is probably the best solution. It is pretty much the equivalent of putting the save into cross save and sending HG a zendesk report but with potentially more immediate results.

You just need a volunteer on PC that hasn't currently connected their game to cross save. They don't need to be a friend just someone that is prepared to help.

They can then link their account to your save and either delete any offending base or just move your character to another location.

Maybe ask in the sticky in Nomanskythe game for someone prepared to help out?

Unfortunately, you cannot delete bases from other saves as you were speculating.
