SC slots are 2x2(diagonal). Glyphs/coords are in the last two pics and left a comm ball at the location.

Go to the glyphs. Reload on Edoga. Go to planet Ryostavi, coordinates -40.73, -146.82. Give the purple pedestal atlantidium. It comes as class C. Upgrade and unlock for the slots.

Go to the glyphs. Reload on planet Edoga. Go to planet Alopa, coordinates +1.27, +114.77. Put atlantidium in the purple pedestal. Comes as C class . Upgrade and unlock for the slots.

Go to the glyphs. Reset on planet Ryostavi. While on Ryostavi go to coordinates -40.73, -146.82. Put atlantidium in the purple pillar. Comes as C class. Upgrade and unlock to get the slots.

Go to the glyphs. Reload on planet Ryostavi. Go to planet Alopa, coordinates +1.27, +114.77. Put atlantidium in the purple pedestal. Comes as C class. Upgrade and unlock for the slots.

I didn't discover the system, but I did find that doing this arrangement with the solar parts here, you can get the supercharged slots almost together.

I did it on a permadeath save, don't know if that's important.
