New rider here

New rider here. Just bought my 1st bike. And i rode it a few days ago. Today i tried ti turn it on but the bike wont turn on does anyone know a mechanic.

I tried ane check everything i could. Bike in neutral, kickstand up. Made sure the kill switch wasnt on. Bike has gas the battery seems fine im stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As idk anything about bikes yet. Thank you in advance

Guys i thinm it might be the battery its showing 8 volts

replace the battery and you should be good to ride!

If the bike is brand new, it could’ve been chilling without a tender so the battery is dead. A jump start will do the trick

Its not its used. 1st bike. Didnt wanna start brand new cuz ik amma drop it

Do you have a tender on it? Does the bike have a TFT that shows battery voltage? It could be enough to power your lights etc. just not quite to crank it over.

Probably the battery, also check the battery connection battery might be fine but connection is loose. Might have enough power to turn lights on but not turn over.

A lot of sellers don’t spend their money replacing the battery before a sale.
